Humans have a unique identity that we can own and does not match anyone in the world, like our fingerprints. That is why when we describe our loved ones, we usually tell other people that they are unique yet very loving. We know that every humankind is beautifully made. And even if they pass away, we remember them by the remains in cherished urns.

It is the same with our identity. Our parents gave us names for us to be distinguished as their children. We carry that name until we are grey and old. That is why we take good care of our reputation to avoid ruining the title passed on to us- our family name. Our parents also know whenever we feel something is not good or something is going on in our life. They know us from head to toe.

When someone passes away in our family, and we cannot accept the reality of their passing, our parents will find a way to console us within the boundaries that we have created growing up. They know us, but they won't respect our decisions in life. Yet, they want to assure us that they are always here for us whenever we need them.

We seek comfort in their presence. That also includes our experiences. We tell them everything that we are going through and share with them our thoughts about life. They never fail to give the best advice that we need. In bad or good times, we know that we can lean on them. They can be the rock on which we stand whenever we feel weak in life.

The identity they have given us from the time they brought us into the world is the best thing any human can offer to its offspring. Even if they pass away, it will remain in us and will not be taken away. The only treasure that can't be stolen. And is worth more than any gold and silver in the world.

The legacy that they build in the world is the identity that we want to live up. For others, it is the shadow that they want to take away in their identity. But for some, that shadow is what they missed in their life. We all have different views about our identity. Yet, we live every day looking for what makes us and still owe who we are correct to our parents' identity.

In every offspring of man, there is one who acquires the same attributes as the giver. That is why some people that we know would say that we look like either our mother or father. We have their face and their mannerism. And when they pass away, this mannerism is more visible to other people.

It will remind them about your parents and will regard you as their junior. Anyone who knew your parents before you were born would tell you these things. You can't believe it yourself because you have not paid so much attention to your mannerism or attitude. But the genes that you got from your parents is the identity that you can't deny. And will for it for the rest of your life. Even if they are gone, they live in you.

2.  The Family Name

From the time they laid their eyes on you, one thing they are sure of, you will carry the family name for the rest of your life. And you are the blessing that they have been waiting for all their life. Even if life takes them from you, they will be worried because they have promised themselves that they will raise how they are raised and disciplined. But they will give you the love that you deserve and more than what they have.

Your family is a name that will remind you of their love for you. It is the manifestation that they are your parents and they love you. And whenever you are feeling down and have questions about yourself, you can read your family name and recall all the memories you had with them when they were still alive. You will be reminded that you are who you are.

3.  Cherished urns

The urns where you place the remains of your parents is the treasure that you can keep inside your house. You can have it as a reminder that whenever you go, even if they are no longer around to give you hugs and kisses, they will stay in your heart.
